Highland Cattle Association will be serving a variety of authentic foods:
Fish 'n' Chips, Scones, Pasties, Toad-in-the-Hole, Scotch Eggs,
Shepherd's Pie, Haggis Pups, Bread Pudding, Highland Beef Brats and
Franks, Highland Coowich, Scottish Springdale Cookies & Scottish
Shortbread. Coca Cola and other "continental" items will also be
available, including Shaved Ice, Steak Sandwiches and Hamburgers.
